Mirumiru Bubbletent is a glamping haven from the everyday. Go to bed with the stars and an uninterrupted view of a Milky Way so close you can almost touch it. A sky so dark and velvety you won’t believe your eyes. Shooting stars, meteor showers and planets that you can see from the luxury of your comfy bed. For an adults-only stay you can choose to sleep in either of our luxe Captain Thunderbolt or Captain Moonlite Bubbletent glamp sites. Each Bubbletent is inflated with a turbine constantly refreshing the air inside the Bubbletent. Our Bubbletents comfortably host two adults and privacy is assured as they are hundreds of metres apart. And we haven’t forgotten families that want to glamp with our Captain Thunderbolt Bubbletent, which also can offer Australia’s first Tiny Bubble Tent in a Tree! Perfect for the kids – it comes with its own designer portable feather bedding from GlamSwag. Our Tiny Bubble Tent is suspended between gum trees for a fun night and comes complete with a clear roof and retractable privacy and sunshade. Ideal for up to three kids (must be over 7 years). All stays are a 2-night minimum.

By day you have an abundance of waterfalls, swimming holes, hiking tracks and picnic spots to choose from. When you stay at Mirumiru Bubbletent you can visit the world’s largest granite boulder in the country at Bald Rock National Park. Check out Captain Thunderbolt's Hideout and see the caves and rocks the gentleman bushranger used for cover. By night you have a breathtaking starscape in a crisp alpine sky from your Bubbletent.

When we first saw our farm it was at the end of one of the region’s most crippling droughts – and during the bushfire season of 2019. The farmhouse was yet to be renovated – and was totally unliveable. And the farm itself was mostly bare dirt, with empty dams and hardly any grass to be seen. But the view was something that had us transfixed from the moment we saw it online and then in person. We looked at each other and knew that we could work our way through the thistles and termite-ridden buildings. In a matter of weeks, the farm was ours and our vision for re-generating a little part of Australia began.
